Nogy Return & Exchange Policy

We are happy to accept returns or exchanges within 30 days from the date of purchase, provided your items meet the following criteria:

  • All items must be unused and uninstalled.
  • Items must be in their original barcoded packaging.
  • Items must include all original accessories and installation instructions.

Additional Returns & Exchanges Details

  • Shipping costs and return shipping are non-refundable.
  • A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns & exchanges.
  • Opened products incur an additional 20% fee.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method through our returns portal.
  • Final Sale Items: All discounted items, sample boxes, warranties, and shipping protection purchases are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged (except paper lamps, which are also eligible for return or exchange even when discounted).

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Damaged or defective items will be replaced at no cost to you, provided we receive clear photos and/or videos of the defect and packaging.

If you prefer to return the item instead of receiving a replacement, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs, plus a 20% restocking fee.


Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 30 minutes of purchase, as long as they have not been submitted for fulfillment.

A 15% cancellation fee applies to all orders (including those canceled within the 30-minute window) to cover non-refundable transaction fees.

Please note that large lamps, made-to-order, and customized products are not eligible for cancellation or returns due to special handling and production processes.
