Order Processing Times

  • Standard Items: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. During high-volume periods such as Black Friday or Christmas, processing may take up to 3–5 business days.

  • Extended Fulfillment Items: Certain products in our catalog require more time to process due to sourcing and handling requirements. These items are processed within 1–7 business days.

Shipping Regions

We currently ship to:

  • All U.S. states, including Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. territories such as Puerto Rico.

  • Select international destinations (fees apply), depending on product eligibility.

Shipping Times

  • Standard Items

    • Free Standard Shipping (U.S.): Delivered in 3–7 business days after processing via UPS or USPS.

    • Express Shipping: Options like Priority Mail or 2nd Day Air available at checkout. Shipping cost is based on order weight.

  • Extended Fulfillment Items

    • These items are shipped through our extended fulfillment network and have a longer delivery window. Estimated arrival is 20–30 days after processing.

    • Shipping times may vary due to carrier conditions, distance, or customs clearance (for international orders).

Shipping Costs

  • United States

    • Free standard shipping applies to all eligible U.S. orders fulfilled through our domestic warehouse.

    • Express shipping is available at checkout for an additional fee based on weight.

    • Some extended fulfillment items may include a separate shipping fee, displayed at checkout.

  • International

    • Shipping fees are calculated based on destination, package weight, and delivery speed.

    • International shipping is not free.

Shipping Address Updates

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, you may contact us to request a shipping address change. We're happy to assist if the item has not yet left our facility.

Local Pickup (Miami, FL)

We offer free local pickup at our retail location in Miami, Florida — available only for standard items fulfilled from our U.S. warehouse.

  • At checkout, choose the “Pickup” option and complete your payment.

  • You’ll receive an initial confirmation, followed by a second email once your order is ready.

  • Most pickups are prepared within 2–3 hours during business hours. Orders placed outside of those hours will be prepared the next business day.

Note: Products with extended fulfillment times are not eligible for local pickup.
